Return Policy Celure-Florance Europe

1. Return Period
You may return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. How to return a product

• Send an email within 14 days to info@celure-florance.com with your order number.
• You will receive a return label and instructions from us.
• Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
• Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a PostNL location or Business Point in your country. PostNL has partner locations across Europe.

3. Return Costs

• The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility: €6.99 per return within the EU.
• You can receive the label via email and print it at home.

4. Condition of the product

• The product must be undamaged and unused, except for testing it as you would in a store.
• If the product is damaged or used more than necessary, we may apply a deduction for reduced value.

5. Refund

• Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Any original shipping costs of your order will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions

• Customized products, hygiene products, or sealed items that have been opened cannot be returned.
